Personal Bio

For the past 20 years, Dr. Uejio researched how the physical environment influences human health and well-being. He co-authored the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Building Resilience Against Climate Effects Framework. This framework comprised a small portion of the President’s Climate Action Plan (2012). His work is currently supported by the CDC, NASA, NOAA, NAS GRP, EPA, and Wellcome Trust.
